Refund policy
Returns can be made within 15 days of delivery. If it's past the 15 days, then unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange or any credit. Your return will be processed as a store credit. We only exchange and/or replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please email us at info@jrdesignsandco.com to initiate a return and we will instruct you on what to do. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your exchange and/or store credit.
The customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange or in store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your item is defective or damaged when you receive it, you will NOT receive the shipping in your store credit. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the process of exchange/in store credit. This is AFTER we receive the product.
